About

Life can be hard, full of changes, challenges, and transitions. Navigating the twists and turns can sometimes be too much on your own. Experiences shape our beliefs about who we are and our place in the world. I work with my clients to help them find their strengths and figure out what motivates them to become more personally effective in daily life. We will work together to find new perspectives and new possibilities for happiness. I have a passion for helping kids and teens create personal change and flourish.

I offer a safe and supportive space that encourages self-discovery and empowers clients to express their authentic selves and thrive, not just survive. I also work with parents, adults, and couples dealing with various personal struggles such as grief, life transitions, parenting, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, school problems, career counseling.

My therapeutic style is warm, supportive and non-judgemental, specifically tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. I would be happy to offer a phone consultation to discuss your needs. It feels better to feel better!

Certifications

US Federal Contractor Registration (USFCR) is the largest and most trusted federal registration and certification service provider. We manage and maintain your SAM registration and guarantee its federal compliance. The government offers SAM registration forms at no change, but they will not physically process or verify the forms for you.

By completing your SAM registration with USFCR, you get additional services, including a case manager, support, training, and technology that will help you succeed in the federal sector. No federal agency or any registration services entity provides this additional value.

The S.C. Division of Small and Minority Business Contracting and Certification (SMBCC) connects minority- and women-owned small businesses to State contracting and procurement opportunities through the Material Management Office (MMO), while working with State agencies to implement and monitor minority-contracting programs in accordance with applicable policies, laws, and regulations.

SMBCC also serves as a conduit to the Administration on key issues affecting the small and disadvantaged business communities. This includes taking a lead role in helping stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures aimed at increasing participation in State contracting by small, minority- and women-owned businesses.

BBB’s mission is to be the leader in advancing marketplace trust. We do this by

  • Setting standards for marketplace trust
  • Encouraging and supporting best practices by engaging with and educating consumers and businesses
  • Celebrating marketplace role models
  • Calling out and addressing substandard marketplace behavior
  • Creating a community of trustworthy businesses and charities

BBB sees trust as a function of two primary factors – integrity and performance. Integrity includes respect, ethics, intent, and working toward a diverse, inclusive and equitable marketplace. Performance speaks to a business’s track record of delivering results in accordance with BBB standards and/or addressing customer concerns in a timely, satisfactory manner.
